Maxi dash compeition scheduled for 10th July 2010 has been postponed. Instead  there will be a climbing / chill day and camping at Lukenya. It will be Hot Rocks’ (20 or so on tour) last weekend at the crag prior to departing for Mt. Kenya. There’s talk of a sheep or goat to be shared. Mark the day and get on the rocks. Stay tuned”

The Dive Club and Mountain Club are hosting their own FIFA world cup  –  and you can live your dream and be part of a World Cup team !!!

There is NO actual world cup this Sunday so instead, come along and recreate the excitement with your own 6 a-side team (or just come along).

Try to bring with you a team of 6 with you to take part in the just-for-fun (and some prizes) poolside, 6 a-side soccer.

There will be sun, food, drink, LIVE MUSIC and the mini-soccer tournament. Bring your swim gear too.

This month’s supper night is on the 29th June 2010, Hot Rock will present a slideshow titled “Climbing through Africa: Hot Rock Climbing Expedition 2010”. They will also present their climbing experiences in/out of Kenya.

Potluck supper starts at 8.15 pm and show will start at 9:15pm. Please bring a dish along to help ensure that there is plenty of food for all. Try to arrive in good time, especially if bringing food, so that the slide show is not delayed.

Charges for supper

Free for people who bring a dish
200/- for members who don’t bring a dish
400/- for non-members who don’t bring a dish
