Friday 12noon depart from Uchumi Mombasa Rd/Capital centre. Don’t forget
your passport + yellow fever certificate if applicable.

Friday evening camp @ the base of the mountain.

Saturday 7am start hike early to avoid the full wrath of the sun.

Saturday lunchtime – picnic lunch high up in the cool of the forest.

Saturday pm set up camp on the summit.

Sunday wake up, have breakfast and depart at leisure.

Confirmed charges:

Longido base camping fees US$ 15 for campsite owner
Conservation fees US$ 35 for Mt Longido conservancy
Camping fees US$ 30 for Mt Longido conservancy

These fees are paid once / for 1 day.

Porters fees US$ 20
Guide fees US$ 40

These fees are paid for 2 days.

Those who need a lift please confirm, those with car spaces please confirm

All cars will need insurance for entry into Tz as well as safety triangle,
fire extinguisher + (MCK?) First aid kit.

The border is open 24 hours for personal cars.
